This API endpoint was working fine recently, but now it's throwing a 500 error again. The same issue is happening with the 'tmdb/watch/' endpoint.

created a PR for the same you can close this issue now after accepting PR and merging it to the main branch
this issue is still persistent can't use full screen mode.
