Where is torch button code ?

How can I edit layout ?

There is no front-end folder in it

Can you add filters, searchbox, scrollbar to fix modal height and attachment details. Demo: https://prnt.sc/rpo7zh 

The given example at the bottom works in .ts file. Can you convert that code into js.
