Open the .jar file from the command prompt, at least it's the only way to open it without double-clicking:  (See: https://github.com/jagrosh/MusicBot/issues/1497#issuecomment-1987000656)

Duplicate of #5270 And yes, the repository can't have duplicates because they could fill up the Issues session with requests that already exist.
