cargo install leftwm does not produce a leftwm binary

> Linking [#1309](https://github.com/leftwm/leftwm/pull/1309); in the interim, `cargo install leftwm leftwm-watchdog` will resolve. Installing `leftwm-watchdog` in addition to `leftwm` did fix the issue. Thanks, @mautamu.
