Using batch insert with latest oracle jdbc generate a database error (ora-17144)

I am also facing this issue, any hints on how to make it work? Using single inserts is not really do-able performance-wise in my case :(

improvement: if no binary version in jar path try using build target info

@tgodzik @kasiaMarek what's holding up these changes? Fixing the source jar navigation in those cases would be the biggest improvement on metals for me :)
