I had the same problem with torch==1.7, torchvision==0.8, and torchaudio==0.7 on CUDA 10.2. Removing them and reinstalling torch==1.7.1, torchvision==0.8.2, and torchaudio==0.7.2 instead with pip solved it for me. For picking...
