All CSS rules can be put in a .css file in the same dir or subdir of markdown one, using file imports as specified in https://shd101wyy.github.io/markdown-preview-enhanced/#/file-imports.
Maybe it's not a good idea. One of the markdown-it plugins would solve this requirement in a simpler way. Is there a way to load markdown-it plugins without changing mume...
