win10系统自己编译了下USBPcapCMD程序并使用管理员权限执行，当执行到thread.c文件的 DeviceIoControl(filter_handle, IOCTL_USBPCAP_SET_SNAPLEN_SIZE, inBuf, inBufSize, NULL, 0, &bytes_ret, 0)) ，调用失败，返回lasterror是1，请问是什么原因导致？
