I got the solutions those who have protected variable and the repository is not protected then it will create this kind of issue if you need to either make repository...
After uninstalling and reinstalling it start working. Thanks for your support.
sudo /usr/share/thingsboard/bin/install/upgrade.sh --fromVersion=3.7.0 run this command it will fix your issue.
