@pkbullock I have the beginning of a [Glossary](https://github.com/SharePoint/sp-usage-docs/blob/master/docs/basics/Glossary.md). It that the level you’re thinking? I agree that the terminology can be intimidating.
I'm also thinking that we have a sort of building block approach here: * Glossary terms which can be referred to in... * "What is" articles about a single topic...
It is, but I suppose it could stay open forever. It feels like we’ve gotten somewhere with the glossary, but don’t have as much in the Basics session to cover...
@zshane15 - Have you looked at [Run a flow when a SharePoint column is modified](https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/run-a-flow-when-a-sharepoint-column-is-modified)? I haven't used that with the attachments column, but maybe it will solve your issue?...
Maybe save the docs in a separate library rather than as attachments?
