Can't draw anything on the picture

Hello author! When I use the program to generate the mask of the picture, I can't draw anything on the picture. I use python3.6 opencv1.3. Thank you for your reply.

Maybe your opencv version is too old. Try to use opencv 2.4.10 or later version.
