Thanks to put me on the track, the Earthquakes example misled me and I did not think it was a custom marker.

I had the same issue as you, remove your node_modules & package-lock.json and re-run `npm install`.

Me neither I do not understand the workings of Node but It is clearly not the first time I have to do that so it is not specific that that...
