这边偶尔在卡顿时遇到类似问题，似乎图片消息没有附加进聊天请求，可以试试重新生成。
该 issue 已可关闭。
这问题是被修复了吗，官网已无法复现。 
作为临时方案，应该能按住 shift + 滚轮进行横向滚动。
