Implementing this will likely be a better option that explicitly disabling the `timesyncd` daemon so we'd be able to remove https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/pull/2219
Adding `good first issue` - needs a way to re-enable `timesyncd` as a way of keeping the time on the machines correct.

New VPC with latest version at https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/job/VagrantPlaybookCheck/1553/
Machines were both restarted 16 days ago (Not related to the time that the AIX ones had an outage, which was 10 days ago)
Both now modified to target infra-aws-ubuntu1804-x64-1. HOwever the jemmy job still seems to have something explicitly tied to `infra-godaddy-ubuntu1604-x64-1` so as a temporary hack I've added that as a label...
jemmy hasn't worked since December and the jcov job is no longer at the link above, therefore bumping to June to decide what to do with them.
Added extra direct suggestions - would be good to get this PR finalised
Suggest also updating [the VPC docs](https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/tree/master/ansible/pbTestScripts) to describe the process for adding/removing boxes too.
