The unicode output did not work for me the way it was implementet before. Also, wchar/wstring should not be needed since the bar string is pushed to output bytewise anyway...

ScmDataFrame: Default to `np.datetime64` for internal date handling

Currently `ScmDataFrame` uses `datetime.datetime` to represent dates internally. As the rest of OpenSCM uses `np.datetime64`, this could/should be replaced by `np.datetime64`.

...this is really slow...
