I do want that the IEEE template uses biblatex as a default, but taking a look a it now, i think the `biblatex` entry on the Rmd seems a bit...

As the idea is to use biblatex as a default I modified the `template.tex` so that if the user gives a bibliography file, it then uses biblatex with that file...
