Yes, I'm using ZeroClipboard v2.2.0 in a project, that's where I experienced the problem first.

No I can't reproduce it anymore :) It works fine when I try to copy "%2F" on http://zeroclipboard.org/#demo (I'm using Chromium on Ubuntu)

Hmmm sorry, I tested also on Ubuntu+Firefox and I still have the bug.

Crash importing MP4 file (Ubuntu 22.04, using 3.2.1-dev)

I can confirm that I have the exact same issue as @asgrim with release 3.2.1 and that using instead the daily AppImage also fixes my problem.
