GitHub uses a custom version of Camo, have you tried testing with your own copy?

Also having this issue. The tile has to be removed with MCEdit to have the world be loadable again.

The script provided by @diablodale doesn't seem to work for me. When I go through the dialog to create a new remote SSH connection, it prompts me for the command...

That doesn't fix the install constraint. Thanks for the .yarnrc trick though.
