Great to see some progress! Since you asked for feedback: Features that I really like in the current version: `--ignore`, `--depth`, `--workspace`. `--exit-code` is interesting for CI.

A git book would be great. It would be neat if you could just walk people through some common problems and their solutions using this library. Try to think of...

Also add a full example on how to use `take_until` and friends with functions in order to create more powerful parsers.

I don't really need to be a maintainer if you are still ok maintaining this. I would just appreciate it if you made tags for releases and in fact made...

Also you should throw this up on travis and activate weekly autobuilds just to check whether things keep working.
