Doesn't work on Android 6.0.1, Ionic 1.3.1. Code from [ion-scroll](http://ionicframework.com/docs/api/directive/ionScroll/) example with `overflow-scroll="false"`. Please let me know what info I can provide to narrow the problem down.

@drewhannay I run the test again, the issue still exists even after removing `androidTestCompile 'org.mockito:mockito-core:2.4.0'`. @lovecode2010 Can we use WebView from 4.1.2 on devices with API >=4.2? I believe it should be possible to include WebView.java (+all dependencies), and refer to it as in layout.
