或者这样，有github官方仓库的可以放在这个issue下面，rtthread负责fork一下，开发者可以提pr到这个仓库。
后面是不是得可以考虑下sdk下载的目录可否其他目录，比如bsp目录的上一级，和之前sdk目录一样。如果下过了就不用下了。
