Transpose算子在NPU和CPU都有运行

 图中同一个算子Transpose，一个在cpu上运行，一个在npu上运行，但是理应都在NPU上执行，有什么解决办法吗，比如指定算子在NPU上执行

Thank you for the great work! But I encountered some problems when reproducing the results，as follows：  I executed scripts/run_tnt.py without any changes，can you help answer this？
