Please give it a try to see if it helps on your problem. Thanks.

As an alternative, you could try using [Code Whisperer CLI](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codewhisperer/latest/userguide/command-line.html) and it gives smart auto-completion for SAM CLI commands.
