书中的文字按shift+enter,为啥还是可编辑状态吧？怎么恢复如初啊？

没打开老师的教材前，别的文件用Instant Markdown能打开，打开教材后后，别的文件就没法用Instant Markdown打开,请问如何做，才能二者同时打开啊？
