I test windows 11 no problem with IR ,CRC not same. but let assume ios problem

I write programly in Core\PSPloaders.cpp Memory::g_MemorySize = Memory::RAM_DOUBLE_SIZE; It fix the issue
@hrydgard Can we allow to use RAM_DOUBLE_SIZE when in kernal mode ?
