I don't think its necessary to make contract name optional in the add / update contract command? We can just remove it altogether @sideninja

Currently running node status --subnet will give validating result if it is validating. We are missing it for primary

Ok so seems that currently with this PR, user is expected to run the deploy command ONCE, call addValidator command, and then call deploy command again -> need to call...

Also are we changing the order here? Because seems that we are already creating subnet first and then creating blockchain anyways
