实际测试下来，发现一个容器绑定了一个PVC和PV，删除这个容器后，这个PVC和PV还是在的，但是没法被新的容器使用 目前是这样的设计规则吗？

k8s集群中node节点没法用，而且是node节点容量更大

配置信息  master节点可以注册和工作  node节点没法用，没有任何容量  排查了找不到原因了 版本是V0.9.1 K8S版本 V1.24.6
