It looks like google puts a per-user limit of 20,000 URL requests per day. The cache is shared so you might see some items that other users happen to request....

@Volstritas the new version is in the google chrome store. It should reduce the amount of these errors that you see.
As a related feature, it would be good if user settings were persisted and re-loaded on login. This makes it so logged in users have consistent settings between browsers.
