I was thinking about creating jekyll-plugin that would convert any *.cleaver.md files into html files, so you could use that with github-pages.

One issue I ran in - need to do the actual work - for this will need to reimplement the transform step in ruby, probably.

@jasminMerchant can you provide jsbin or similar sandbox example to reproduce? Maybe, you needed to pass `text/html` as options.format?

I don't know what this issue is about, so not sure how to address this one. Care to translate? If `format` not passed, we just have execCommand('copy') and default format...
