Seems to be a libnx issue. Try opening the HBL after docking the switch, however I'm not sure if that will fix the issue.

Tests seem to be failing, have you looked into what might be the cause of that?

I have done some reversing on the CS:GO GC packets, and it seems game_data is CMsgCStrike15Welcome and game_data2 is CMsgGCCStrike15_v2_MatchmakingGC2ClientHello.
