This issue is not stale. Files with the `-trailer` suffix are not recognized nor associated with the corresponding movie file, if they reside in one folder with many movies.

I don't have access to a system with two audio outputs right now. I can test the newest build in a couple of weeks and get back to you.

I have tested [mpv-x86_64-v3-20230820-git-19384e0.7z](https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpv-player-windows/files/64bit-v3/mpv-x86_64-v3-20230820-git-19384e0.7z/download) and the video starts now right away. But my OS has now also changed to Windows 11 22H2. So that might be a factor. It does...
