Have you tried different USB cables/ports/computers - this to me seems like an issue during data transmission.
I'll leave it open and see if I can reproduce it at some point. Also maybe someone else finds this and can provide more info.

No. BLHeli_32 is basically dead. Use [AM32](https://github.com/am32-firmware/AM32) instead.
A is the layout, H is the MCU. H MCU is EFM8 BB21. It uses A.inc.
