STM32 Bluepill board with BLHeli firmware

Hello there, i was trying to design my own pcb board for brushless motors control based on stm32, and i was wondering if i can use a already made firmware like BLHeli32, but i dont find and cant uploud the bin file with the stlink to the chip by the way sry for the bad english

No. BLHeli_32 is basically dead. Use AM32 instead.
