My understanding is that this theme is a derivative of vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme where I believe the issue has been fixed. See: [https://github.com/vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme/issues/62](https://github.com/vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme/issues/62).
Doesn't solve the above, but if you change the default management group to "Decommissioned" then all subscriptions removed from the config will get disabled and dropped there. The caveat is...
