I'm seeing the issue also on v1.1.0 and v1.0.0. I'll work on finding a fix.
what is the command you use when building? The one from the readme?
As of right now, aftermath only provides full support for macOS 12 and above.

I couldn't reproduce the issue of inconsistent timestamps. All times are converted to UTC +0 as I mentioned above. We can close this unless you start seeing timestamps unaligned again....
