what about using lower case for vim keybindings and upper case for bashtop's when vim mode is enabled ?

Its working when i paste the text in a file and try to use [read from file] But the same text is not working on [Read text] and [Read from...

 Is is hard to implement functionality like this ? (Highlighting current text which is synthesizing)
