No notes visible in Browser

If I logon via Browser I see in "notebooks" the headers of my notes. But if I click on a single note, the are is empty and this error message...

in the main editor, the scroll bar that's on the right is gone. I tried refreshing, still gone. I can only scroll no with up down keys but tha'ts unbearable....

Using /date does the date in wrong format

In settings I have date set as YYYY-MM-DD but if in the editor I use /date shorthand the date that I get is DD-MM-YYYY. This worked correctly a while ago....
