can you tell me youjr steps and where to get pk7 from?

thank you for the info... If I make my own PK7 file do I need the moves and lvl etc to match with the pokemon im going to giveaway and...

So what I really giveaway is the pk7 file? meaning theres no need to clone more etc if im using the giveaway bot?
