To help me diagnose this can you please repeat the test with the RF gain set to 0? Ideally the test would be done with a cabled RF signal generator.

Is this in a VM, or baremetal?

@smburdick Checking in as we haven't had a response in a while. Can you please confirm what version of ```apt``` this is for?

I suggest reading the documentation for SDR Console to learn how to change settings.
