append this info to the program learner group title, similar to the year info on course details.
needs to be rethought as this won't work for sessions with offerings, which goes through the same check as ILM sessions. in other words - we cannot do this _just_...

Thinking about this further - this doesn't hold water when you consider that individual learners, not just learner groups, can now be assigned to ILMs and offerings. In which case...
