bug: ignores mermaid directives and YAML config

This is something essential for me to work out more advanced git graphs. The directives only work outside this (awesome) plugin!

I need this too, passing X-.. headers from pub to sub with RabbitMq as the broker.

Unify base URL and web app URL.

Any updates on this? Self-hosted behind reverse proxy, I get a lot of assets errors and the app looks empty without it.
