确保hysteria的配置文件的listen的值是0.0.0.0:xxxx，然后手机连电脑热点，在wifi设置里设置好代理主机为电脑的ip，端口为hysteria的端口即可，绝大部分的app都会走系统代理的。注意关闭电脑防火墙
