Even the "Operation mode" - it is almost always in "heating", yet it is not heating constantly. "Indoor operation mode" does reflect when there is DHW heating, then it switches...

Maybe it is just doing its things - defrost or whatever needs to be done at that time. Could be irrelevant to thermostat being ON or OFF.
