arm64 support for linux and darwin?

Hi! Thank you for the very nice tool! Would it be possible to get arm64 support for both linux and darwin? I see that the Makefile already includes `darwin/arm64` but...

https://github.com/coingaming/crystal seems to do more or less the same thing (granted gradualixir has more options :) ), any thought on merging efforts?
