@gmcn42 , could you eventually define these functions in the header file only, so that the Wire.cpp remains untouched?

@InnovativeIdeas , do we really need those 3 files (usb.c, rcc.h, rcc._f1.c) under STM32F1/libraries ? I think they are not placed correctly.

@Serasidis Vassilis, since this is related to your library, could you eventually test this?
