In Swift Package manager, I only seem to get version 3.6.0, even when removing and re-adding. Is 4.1.0 available in Swift Package Manager?

Still hitting this sometimes unfortunately. Now it's working for me from AS, but not from Xcode 😬

I wonder if this an issue with using the strings catalog rather than strings file in my xcode project?
