Change audio output not working

No matter what device I choose for audio output in Electron, it just comes through my windows default instead. I am running electron as administrator with elevated privileges. Also electron no longer detects windows or screens to capture it gives some undefined error. This is on the latest version, will downgrade tomorrow and try on an older build
