macOS M1 ARM support

Annoyingly, the Electron builder I'm using doesn't seem to yet support M1 ARM. A few others do, but I don't really want to re-write my build scripts. I'll just wait for now.

I won't be submitting the Electron App to the app store, as I don't really want to agree to Apple's TOS there. Instead I think I'll be offering two separate downloadable builds of this app; one for x64 and one for ARM. When there is enough demand, I might combine the two into one, but I don't see the benefit at this early stage.

I totally understand the sentiment. I would say support for M1 in a separate download would be great already and definitely good enough for the current user who — in general probably is capable enough.

Also, I am looking at the M1 Mac Mini — can someone just maybe talk to Santa for us? 🙈

I have an M1 MacBook Air on order, should arrive by mid December. I'd be happy to test.
