Mouse cursor appears in screen capture still. I can hide the cursor

I hid the cursor at an HTML level, but at the app is not active, MacOS adds its own SYSTEM CURSOR . GAH!!!!!!

Cant fix this. well, maybe I can. But it won't be easy.
