@shogunreaper - you need to map your volume to /root/downloads on the host, rather than allowing it to use its internal volume. See [here](https://docs.docker.com/engine/tutorials/dockervolumes/#mount-a-host-directory-as-a-data-volume) for the official documentation.

Can you see them stored in there locally if you were to do an: ls -ls /home/my-username/Dropbox If so, what are there permissions? What does the Dropbox sync log say?

For me, I'm experiencing this with ZNC 1.6.0, using Pushover as the service. Built from source. Previously had the C version installed alongside ZNC 1.4.0.
I'm happy to assist in more in-depth testing with this, however, my knowledge of how to actually assist is limited. If anyone is happy to let me know what tools/modes/etc...
Would also love to see this! Currently having to use other apps to achieve this (and is a regression from old Chrome App functionality)
